Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Last Updated: January 1, 2026

At EAB Marketing, your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our pages, download our resources, or reach out to us — and exactly how we use, store, and protect that information. We've written this in plain English so it's clear and readable, without sacrificing anything important.

By using our funnel pages or submitting your information through any of our forms, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don't agree, please do not submit your information.

01

Overview & Who We Are #

This Privacy Policy applies to the digital properties operated by EAB Marketing, including funnel pages, landing pages, thank-you pages, and any associated resources we provide (such as downloadable PDFs, guides, or checklists).

EAB Marketing is a marketing agency providing strategy, consulting, and digital marketing services to businesses. Our principal website is located at eabmarketing.agency.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, EAB Marketing is the data controller responsible for your personal information collected through our pages.

Information We Collect #

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Name — Your first name, last name, or both, as provided in our forms.
  • Email Address — Your email address, used to deliver requested resources and communicate with you.
  • Form Submission Data — Any additional information you voluntarily provide when completing a form, booking a call, or sending us a message (e.g., business name, phone number, notes about your situation).
  • Device & Technical Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on page. This data is collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools and is generally non-identifying on its own.
  • Usage Data — How you interact with our pages, including clicks, scroll depth, and form interactions, to help us improve the user experience.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as payment card details, social security numbers, health information, or government-issued identification through our funnel pages.

03

How We Collect Information #

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Opt-in Forms — When you submit your name and email in exchange for a resource (such as our free 20-Point Marketing Audit Checklist), we collect the information you enter directly into that form.
  • Booking Forms — When you schedule a strategy call or discovery session through a booking link or embedded calendar, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and any pre-call information you provide.
  • Contact Forms — If you contact us directly via any inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to share.
  • Cookies & Tracking Pixels — Our pages may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to gather usage data automatically. See Section 6 for details.
  • Third-Party Sources — We may receive limited information about you from third-party platforms (such as ad networks) when you click through an advertisement to reach our pages.
04

How We Use Your Information #

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To deliver the requested resource — When you opt in to receive our free 20-Point Marketing Audit Checklist or any other lead magnet, we use your email address to send you that resource directly.
  • To respond to your inquiries — If you contact us with a question or request, we use your contact information to follow up and assist you.
  • To facilitate scheduled calls — If you book a strategy session, we use your details to confirm your appointment and communicate meeting logistics.
  • To send follow-up communications — With your consent, we may send you relevant marketing emails, tips, offers, or updates from EAB Marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve our pages and offerings — We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how visitors interact with our content and improve performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations — We may process your data as required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests from authorities.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We will never use your data for purposes materially different from those described above without first obtaining your explicit consent.

05

Third-Party Services & Sharing #

To operate our funnel pages and deliver our services effectively, we work with carefully selected third-party platforms. When you submit your information through our pages, that information may be processed by one or more of the following:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — Our primary CRM and marketing automation platform. When you submit a form, your name and email are stored in GoHighLevel and used to trigger automated email sequences, manage your contact record, and facilitate follow-up communications. GoHighLevel's privacy policy is available at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
  • Email Service Providers — We may use email delivery infrastructure (integrated with or separate from GoHighLevel) to send transactional and marketing emails. These providers process your email address solely for the purpose of message delivery.
  • Analytics Platforms — We may use tools such as Google Analytics or similar services to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors interact with our pages. These tools may set cookies on your device. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Advertising Platforms — If you arrived at our page through a paid advertisement, the ad platform (e.g., Meta, Google) may receive conversion data indicating that you completed a desired action. This data is typically anonymized or aggregated.
  • Calendar & Booking Tools — If you schedule a call, a third-party booking platform may process your appointment data. You will be directed to that platform's interface and subject to its own privacy terms.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure — Our pages are hosted on secure third-party infrastructure. Hosting providers may have incidental access to server-level data but are contractually prohibited from using it for any purpose other than service delivery.

All third-party providers we use are required to handle your information securely and only for the specific purposes for which we engage them. We do not permit them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of EAB Marketing, our clients, or the public.

06

Cookies & Tracking Technologies #

Our pages may use cookies — small text files stored on your device — along with similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, and local storage. These help us operate the page, understand visitor behavior, and improve our marketing.

  • Essential Cookies — Required for the page to function correctly. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
  • Analytics Cookies — Help us understand how visitors use our pages (e.g., which sections are read most, where users drop off). This data is aggregated and anonymized.
  • Marketing & Retargeting Pixels — If enabled, advertising platform pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Tag) may track your visit to allow us to show you relevant ads on those platforms, or to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns.

Most web browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through their settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our pages. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through the NAI opt-out tool or Your Online Choices (EU).

07

Data Retention #

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

  • Contact & lead data (name, email, form submissions) is retained in our CRM for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship, or until you request deletion.
  • Email communication records are retained for up to three (3) years to support customer service and compliance needs.
  • Analytics data is retained in aggregated form indefinitely, but individual session data is typically purged after 26 months.
  • Booking and appointment records are retained for up to two (2) years after the scheduled date.

If you unsubscribe from our emails, we will stop sending you marketing communications but may retain a record of your contact details to honor your opt-out preference and suppress future sends. You can request complete deletion at any time — see Section 8.

08

  • Right to Access — You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Right to Data Portability — You can request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
  • Right to Object or Restrict Processing — In certain circumstances, you may object to how we process your data or ask us to restrict processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at andrew@eabmarketing.agency with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and no later than 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
